JAKARTA<\/b> – Keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang menolak gugatan Partai Buruh<\/a> dalam pengajuan uji formil UU No 6\/2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perppu) 2\/2022 tentang Cipta Kerja<\/a> menjadi UU menuai kekecewaan dari para buruh.<\/p>\n

Tak mau berputus asa, Partai Buruh akan terus melanjutkan perjuangan melawan Omnibus Law<\/em><\/a> Cipta Kerja dengan melayangkan gugatan uji materiil.<\/p>\n

“Pada Senin, 9 Oktober 2023, Partai Buruh akan melakukan langkah perlawanan lainnya, yakni dengan mengajukan uji materiil. Kalau yang kemarin adalah uji formil, dan yang menggugat hanya Partai Buruh,” kata Presiden Partai Buruh, Said Iqbal, lewat keterangan resminya, Selasa (3\/10).<\/p>\n

Uji materiil yang dimaksud adalah dengan membedah pasal demi pasal yang menjadi persoalan bagi para buruh, petani dan kelas pekerja lainnya.<\/p>\n

“Partai Buruh akan mengkampanyekan secara terus menerus kepada seluruh buruh, untuk menolak keputusan MK,” sambungnya.<\/p>\n

Said Iqbal yang juga Presiden KSPI itu menyerukan kepada seluruh buruh di Indonesia, untuk kembali turun ke jalan demi menuntut keadilan.<\/p>\n

“Aksi akan dipindahkan ke daerah-daerah, mulai Selasa, 10 Oktober 2023, dilakukan setiap hari dan berganti-gantian, di 38 provinsi, dan 300 kabupaten\/kota industri. Sampai kapan? sampai kita menang,” tandasnya.<\/p>\n
