{"id":417695,"date":"2025-02-10T11:01:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-10T04:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/2025\/02\/10\/dpr-ri-hanya-stempel-pemerintah\/"},"modified":"2025-02-10T12:31:23","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T05:31:23","slug":"ray-rangkuti-dpr-ri-hanya-stempel-pemerintah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/2025\/02\/10\/ray-rangkuti-dpr-ri-hanya-stempel-pemerintah\/","title":{"rendered":"Ray Rangkuti: DPR RI hanya Stempel Pemerintah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>BANDA ACEH<\/b> &#8211; Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (<a title=\"DPR\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/dpr\/\">DPR<\/a>) RI dinilai hanya menjadi stempel terhadap kebijakan-kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>Demikian pendapat Direktur eksekutif Lingkar Madani <a title=\"Ray Rangkuti\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/ray-rangkuti\/\">Ray Rangkuti<\/a> dalam akun Youtube RKN Media, bertemakan &#8220;Makin Tidak Waras: DPR Bisa Pecat Hakim MK, MA, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/kpk\/\">KPK<\/a>, Kapolri, dan Panglima TNI&#8221;, dikutip Senin 10 Februari 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, DPR saat ini tidak menjalani fungsinya sebagai pengawas pemerintah tapi hanya sebatas stempel pemerintah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;DPR nggak bekerja mengawasi pemerintah. Jadi pemerintah ini mau apa aja jadi. Mereka stempel aja terhadap kebijakan-kebijakan itu,\u201d kata Ray .<\/p>\n<p>Ray menambahkan, tradisi asal stempel itu sudah dilakukan sejak sebelum pemerintahan Presiden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/prabowo-subianto\/\">Prabowo Subianto<\/a> dan mengakar sampai sekarang.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sudah 10 tahun lalu tradisinya begitu semacam stempel,&#8221; kata Ray.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Ray mengatakan, selain tidak melakukan pengawasan terhadap pemerintah, DPR juga membuat aturan aneh-aneh.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satunya, kata Ray, revisi Peraturan DPR RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Tertib.<\/p>\n<p>Revisi ini membuka ruang bagi DPR untuk mengevaluasi secara berkala pejabat negara yang telah mereka pilih.
