Wakil Presiden (Wapres) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/gibran-rakabuming-raka\/\">Gibran Rakabuming Raka<\/a> digugat secara perdata oleh warga sipil bernama Subhan ke Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat (PN Jakpus).<\/p>\n<p>Gugatan yang terdaftar dengan nomor perkara: 583\/Pdt.G\/2025\/PN Jkt.Pst itu turut mencantumkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/kpu\/\">KPU<\/a> RI sebagai tergugat.<\/p>\n<p>Subhan menyebut Gibran melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum saat mengajukan syarat menjadi cawapres pada <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/pilpres-2024\/\">Pilpres 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSyarat menjadi cawapres tidak terpenuhi, (karena) Gibran tidak pernah sekolah SMA sederajat yang diselenggarakan berdasarkan hukum RI,\u201d ucap Subhan kepada wartawan dikutip redaksi di Jakarta, Rabu malam, 3 September 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut dia, objek gugatan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap keabsahan jabatan yang kini diemban Gibran.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ada kerugian materiil dan immateriil serta keabsahan,&#8221; pungkas Subhan.<\/p>\n<p>Dilansir dari Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) PN Jakpus, sidang pertama akan dijadwalkan pada Senin, 8 September 2025.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gtx-trans\" style=\"position: absolute;
