{"id":461994,"date":"2025-09-09T00:22:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-08T17:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/2025\/09\/09\/diskominfo-aceh-besar-launching-aplikasi-e-office\/"},"modified":"2025-09-09T00:58:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-08T17:58:46","slug":"diskominfo-aceh-besar-launching-aplikasi-e-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/2025\/09\/09\/diskominfo-aceh-besar-launching-aplikasi-e-office\/","title":{"rendered":"Diskominfo Aceh Besar Launching Aplikasi E-Office"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BANDA ACEH<\/strong> \u2013 Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika dan persandian Aceh Besar mengelar bimbingan teknis (bimtek) serta melaunching langsung penggunaan aplikasi <a title=\"E-Office\" href=\"https:\/\/www.harianaceh.co.id\/tag\/e-office\/\">E-Office<\/a> di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar bertempat di Aula Sanusi Wahab, Jantho, Senin (8\/9\/2025).<\/p>\n<p>Pada kesempatan tersebut, Plt Kepala Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika Aceh Besar, Khairul Huda, mengatakan, pelaksanaan pemanfaatan aplikasi e-office adalah merupakan tindak lanjut dari hasil penandatangann perjanjian Kerjasama antara pemerintah kabupaten Aceh Besar Nomor 100.3.7.1\/18\/II\/2024 dengan Kebupaten Sumedang Provinsi Jawa Barat nomor : 4\/PKS\/AB\/2024 Tanggal 28 Februari 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTeknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai pendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas termasuk menjunjang administrasi perkantoran,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Adapun maksud dan Tujuan dalam penerapan Sistem Aplikasi e-office ini adalah untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat secara lebih cepat, sederhana dan berbiaya ringan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSehingga terciptanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mengakses kegiatan pemerintahan\u00a0 sesuai dengan undang-undang \u00a0nomor\u00a0 14 tahun 2008 tentang keterbukaan informasi publik,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, adapun langkah-langkah yang telah pihaknya laksanakan diantaranya, mengisi semua data pegawai yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakses proses surat menyurat dan melaksanakan desk tentang pembuatan surat dengan aplikasi e-office untuk semua dinas, serta pemanfaatan tanda tangan elektronik.<\/p>\n<p>Disamping itu, Khairul Huda juga mengapresiasi kepala Kesbangpol Aceh Besar yang telah memanfaatkan aplikasi e-office untuk pembuatan surat dan absebsi, seperti yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Kominfo Aceh Besar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMudah-mudahan kedepan semua dinas di bawah Pemerintah Kabupaten Aceh Besar bisa mengunakan aplikasi E-office ini, sehingga tata kelola pemerintahan lebih efektif dan efisien,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Turut dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Aceh Besar, Asisten II Sekdakab Aceh Besar dan jajaran Kepala OPD.[]<\/p>\n<h4>Download Aplikasi<\/h4>\n<!-- WP-Appbox (Version: 4.5.13 \/\/ Store: googleplay \/\/ ID: im.officeacehbesar.android) -->\n<div class=\"wpappbox wpappbox-5035be62ccfa78ba25d12519825905b6 googleplay colorful simple\">\n\t<div class=\"qrcode\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/api.qrserver.com\/v1\/create-qr-code\/?data=https%3A%2F%2Fplay.google.com%2Fstore%2Fapps%2Fdetails%3Fid%3Dim.officeacehbesar.android&size=200x200&ecc=M&margin=0\" alt=\"E-Office Kab.
