kata Ketua Harian FSP BUMN Bersatu Djusman Umar\u00a0 melalui keterangan tertulis, Senin 24 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Djusman, Ira bertindak tulus dan rasional tanpa ada fakta dalam persidangan adanya aliran dana sepeser pun terhadap Ira, apalagi demi keuntungan pribadi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tetapi oleh KPK disamakan dengan pejabat BUMN yang menyalahgunakan kewenangan demi keuntungan pribadi,&#8221; kata Djusman.<\/p>\n<p>Djusman menyebut bahwa BJR bukanlah tameng kebal hukum, tetapi itu fondasi untuk memastikan bahwa mereka yang bertindak tulus dan rasional tidak disamakan dengan mereka yang menyalahgunakan kewenangan demi keuntungan pribadi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jika kita ingin BUMN sehat, perlindungan terhadap profesional yang bertindak benar harus dijadikan komitmen hukum yang konsisten,&#8221; kata Djusman.<\/p>\n<p>Djusman mengatakan bahwa kasus PT ASDP dan hadirnya UU Nomor 1 tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan Ketiga atas UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN, seharusnya membuka mata publik bahwa dunia bisnis tidak bisa dinilai dengan kacamata pidana semata.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;FSP BUMN Bersatu menyarankan kepada Ira Puspadewi untuk mengajukan banding atas vonisnya,&#8221;
