Sebab, semua gugatan yang masuk bernasib sama, yaitu ditolak.<\/p>\n<p>Teranyar, MK menolak gugatan yang dimohonkan oleh\u00a0 Ketua Umum Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) Yusril Ihza Mahendra dan Ketua DPD La Nyalla Mattalitti.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMK gagal paham, patut dibubarkan,\u201d tegas Managing Director Political Economy and Policy Studies (PEPS) Anthony Budiawan lewat akun Twitter pribadinya, Sabtu (9\/7).<\/p>\n<p>Anthony mengurai bahwa presidential threshold adalah kolaborasi partai politik untuk menyusun pemusatan kekuasaan. Tujuannya adalah menguasai eksekutif dan legislatif. Dalam istilah di dunia bisnis hal ini disebut sebagai kartel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPemusatan kekuasaan harus dibatasi, contohnya UU Antimonopoli,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, sambung Anthony, kekuasaan politik juga harus dibatasi. Presidential threshold harus dibatasi maksimum, bukan minimum. Tujuannya, untuk menciptakan persaingan pilpres sempurna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKartel PT minimum 20 persen menciptakan tirani.
